Be a Pal dedicates its time and resources to improving the mental well-being of those involved in the program. Our goal is to ensure that no Senior feels alone. Everybody deserves to have somebody with whom they can share their stories, and continue making memories with. Be a Pal strives to give our Seniors something to look forward to, and improve their quality of life.

Be a Pal was born during the COVID pandemic, as a way to reduce the feeling’s of loneliness that so many Seniors were experiencing due to social isolation. Through this program, we uplift the social-emotional well-being within our communities, and build positive and beneficial relationships for our Pals.
Be a Pal provides letters, cards and other gifts to adults living in Senior Living Facilities. Our focus is connecting adults in Senior Living facilities with community members, of all ages, who share similar hobbies and interests.
